What's your favorite skating move?

"The movie Grind is my personal favorite. Its pretty much hilarious. Plus it throws in some amazing skate scenes. Ten out of ten in my book. I also really like Lords of Dogtown, not really a true story but it does show how street skating came to be. "

At what age did you learn how to skate and why?

"I was like eight when I got my first board. It was one of those cheap ones you can get at any shopping center. The thing was like a 2x4 with wheels. If I recall correctly, my dad got it for me as a birthday present. Very last minute, but I digress. I guess I started cause I had nothing better to do with my time. The only real memory I have with that board was snapping it in half when I tried to grind a rail at the skate park. Good times."

Are an artist right, do you think you would get along somewhat with April?

"I can get along with anyone who has a taste for art. And from what I understand, she is fairly artistic herself. I would love to see some of her work. Maybe I can get the chance, then I can answer this question a little better." Blake laughed, giving a simple answer to the question.

Do you have any favorite skaters you admirer?

"Bob Burnquist, defiantly. The guy has been winning trophies since before I was born. He's like 33 now, and I really admire that he hasn't stopped. When I see him at the X-games I think about how thats where I want to be when I am older. I mean, he just took home 1st last year in the Big Air competition at the X-games. He isn't in his prime, but he is a lot better then most pros."

What would you do if he ask to skate board with you?

"I would die. Plain and simple. The dudes a legend, and if he even acknowledged my existence I would be in Heaven. I would kill for an autograph, a skate session I would die for."

Why are you fear of being on planes?

Does that means you can do no extreme skating dives then?

"Two words. Plane Crash. I haven't been in one, and I don't plan on it anytime soon. Heights don't bother me at all, but planes freak me out. Sadly I won't be jumping out a plane anytime soon, no matter what I plan on doing afterwords."

"I used to play baseball a couple years ago, but I devoted most of my time to skating and painting. If I tried to pick a bat up again I would just end up embarrassing myself."

"Instinct. I figure I'd run the bases the wrong way or something dumb like that. In all honesty, I wasn't that good at baseball the begin with. One can only imagine what a couple years away from the sport will do."
